Essay

On the basis of complex inspection 87 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhages and 84 patients it is set with intracerebral hemorrhagic strokes, that subarachnoid hemorrhages during the first 3 days of disease are characterized by the reliable rise of linear speed of blood flow and indexes of circulatory resistance comparatively with the indexes of healthy persons in all explored vessels. At subarachnoid hemorrhages, comparatively with intracerebral hemorrhagic strokes, the greater quantity of patients from oppression of fibrinolysis (42,53% and 13,13% accordingly) and with hypercoagulation turns out (78,16% and 72,1% accordingly). Growth of activity of lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation is shown at patients with the uncomplicated subarachnoid hemorrhages and with a subarachnoid-ventricular hemorrhage comparatively with patients with subarachnoid-intracerebral stroke and mixed by hemorrhages. It is shown, that application of combination of preparations of nimotop+fezam on a background base therapyin complex medical treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage prevents development of vascular constriction during all period of medical treatment, results in the substantial decline of linear speed of circulation of blood and circular resistance in all vascular pools, is instrumental in the best and quick settlement of indexes to haemostasis, lipid peroxidation and protein oxidation, and is more effective than traditional medical treatment or medical treatment in combination only with nimotopom.
