Latina G. Physiologo-hygienic aspects of professional work of teachers of general educational institutions

On the basis of the given complex scientific researches physiology-hygienic aspects of professional work of teachers of general educational educational institutions are studied. The complex of professionally predetermined factors of formation of professional burning out of teachers in view of week loading, a qualifying level and a speciality is established. The estimation of intensity of labour process of teachers with different official duties, a qualifying level and a speciality according to hygienic classification of work on categories of intensity is proved. Mathematical models of forecasting and correction of professional burning out under influence of biological and socially hygienic factors are developed, scientifically proved and approved. Their critical levels are established. Leading components of correction of a level of professional burning out are observance of norms of sanitary-and-hygienic conditions of school premises normalization of a mode of work and rest, increase of resistency of an organism of teachers by means of physical training and psychological hygiene.
