Essay

The contact knot in surface-active agent (SAA) production. Development of technical decisions of creation of the diffusive-controlled process of oxidization SO2 low concentration under pressure in autothermal reactor. Running-circulation method, electrochemical, methods of mathematical statistics and mathematical design. Grounded and experimentally confirmed to conformity to the law of change of the diffusive modes of process of SO2 low concentration oxidization under pressure; got subsequent development mathematical model of processes in an autothermal reactor; the perspective construction of autothermal reactor with built-in heat-exchange vehicle is offered; the optimum value of pressure after the compressor of the gas-turbine setting is set. The reliability of the results was confirmed experimentally. Results are accepted in NIOHIM (Kharkov) for the use at planning of contact knot SAA production, mate-rials are used by the department of automation of the chemical and technological systems and ecological monitoring of NTU “KhPI” in an educa-tional process.
