Krapivina G. Acceptance of decision-making mechanisms by the organs of state management on development of tourist-recreational territories

A research object is processes of decision-making public organs on development of tourist-recreational territories (TRT). A research purpose is development of theoretical positions, methodical approaches and scientifically practical recommendations on perfection of mechanisms of decision-making public organs on development of TRT on the basis of introduction of approach of the systems and economic-mathematical modelling. Research methods are an analysis of the systems, modelling, methods of theory of the systems and complex approach. The practical value of the got results consists in distribution of possibilities of making grounded decisions in practical activity of public organs, coming from an actual situation oriented on balanced of development of constituents of TRT in relation to a public attractiveness, accordance achieving world experience and necessities of investments. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that first approaches to development of the complex system of decision-making public organs on development of TRT, including the mechanisms of choice of directions of priorities of investing on principles of ranging of territories, formulated. Methodical positions of decision-making public organs on a choice priorities for investing of TRT, in which distribution of subject composition of state administration is offered on the basis of the use of the created economic-mathematical models; ground of theoretical-methodical principles of perfection of mechanisms of decision-making public organs on development of TRT on principles of research of tourist-recreational sphere as an object of state administration, analysis of world experience and complex analysis of the use of tourist-recreational resources got further development. Factorization of tourist-recreational market and typology of making mechanisms of decision-making public organs on development of TRT, as a complex system due to distribution of determination of basic properties of the systems on TRT; determination public organs priorities for investing of TRT by the use of algorithm of co-operation of making mechanisms of making state administrative decisions on the basis of estimation of territories, the costs of their update and rating are improved.
