Yasinska N. Financial mechanism of state management of small entrepreneurship development

A research object is processes of state administration development of small entrepreneurship and financial instruments of his support. A research purpose is development of theoretical, methodical and practical recommendations on improvement of financial mechanism of state administration development of small entrepreneurship on the basis of mastering such his forms and methods which would allow to get a considerable social, economic and financial effect on results bringing in of budgetary and commercial facilities. Research methods - analysis, analogies, supervision and description, axiomatic. The practical value of the got results consists in development of methodical and practical recommendations on improvement of financial mechanism of state administration and support of small entrepreneurship development in Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that first absence of dynamic quality of development of separate information of criteria on functioning of small entrepreneurship at weak dynamic quality of resulting value within the framework of the formed index is proved; methodical positions in order of forming of strategy of development of small entrepreneurship due to the legislative fixing of state minimum standards of his functioning and realization of the system of generation of variants of development of dynamic entrepreneurship are developed. Position about the system of regional support of small entrepreneurship and conformities to the law of effective co-operation of its elements, which shows up in the necessity of development of normative and legal base of expansion of subjects in the infrastructure of support, are exposed; tool of adjusting of economic relations between the state and small entrepreneurship due to the increase of social responsibility of small business and socio-economic, financial efficiency of bringing in of budgetary facilities and control entities after them improved. Theoretical bases of improvement of the state control system in accordance with changes essence of entrepreneurship in the different historical stages; to recommendation on the increase of effectiveness of small entrepreneurship of the Donetsk area and Ukraine, which consist in the systematic monitoring of indexes of criteria and financial results of his activity; position on expansion of sphere of activity of entrepreneurship due to improvement of the system of self-financing of small business were got further development.
