Essay

Object of the research: process of achievement economic of the grounded results of activity of manufacturing staff. Aim: theoretical ground and development of the methodical providing of the use of economic methods in the management by activity of manufacturing staff taking into account the concerted skilled policy of road-build enterprises in the conditions of transformation of Ukraine to the market relations. Methods of research: systems, comparative and factor analysis methods of synthesis and generalizations of data, the system and complex approaches, expert diagnostics, analytical and logical design, generalization of domestic and foreign experience. Determined: system of results of activity of manufacturing staff of road-build enterprises due to the use of the balanced system of aims on four components (personnel, production process (brigade), clients, enterprise on the whole) and distributing of results of activity of manufacturing staff in accordance with these components. Developed: methodical approach to estimation of reliability of manufacturing staff which unlike existing includes complex estimation of psycho physiological, personality and intellectual-professional descriptions and achievements of worker. Implemented: models of decision of norms of time on implementation of build works by machinists which take into account, unlike existing, basic technical and operating parameters of road machines. Application domains: in practical activities of road-building enterprise, in educational process of higher educational establishments.
