Hisham G. Clinical-pathogenetic determination of new methods of treatment of psoriasis with the analises of dynamic-social adaptation of patients

Object: 120 patients sick with General Psoriasis and 30 actu-ally healthy people. Methods: clinic examination of patients with the usage of questionnaires, general clinic laboratory examination, analysis of perexidic oxidic lipids and antioxi-dant system of blood with the help of biochemical methods, analysis of the level of some liver biocatalysts with the help of biochemical methods. Purpose of research: to increase the effectiveness of patients sick with General Psoriasis based on the study of clinical-pathogenetic peculiarities of devel-opment, dynamics of psycho-social adaptation, state of POL, antioxidant system of blood and level of some liver biocatalysts. Practical importance: for health care establish-ments specializing in dermatology we suggested pathoge-netically examined, safe method of treatment of patients sick with General Psoriasis without side effects and complica-tions.
