Tsurkan V. Optimisation of their work condition of labour of railroad traffic control operators on the base of hygienic estimation at the new railroad deliveri management technologies

The article presents the findings of the sanitary studies of work condition and sickness rate of rail way yard - masters. The author's own and literature data form a background for setting forth and discussing a schematic list of basic problem in the domain of investigations concerned with the issues pathology of railroad traffic control operators with long service record engaged in a shift - wise nervous and emotion - producing work with automated control system. It was established that professional activity of controller performs in conditions of influence physical, chemical and psychopgysiological factors of production environment. Labour of controller was appreciated as very strained. It is pointed out on the necessity of resoling the initial changes of functional condition of operators' organism, as means of preserving health condition and ability to work. The obtained data have allowed developing a covplex of veasures directed to preventing risk faktors of tense work. The approved recommendations on optimisation of work condition had positive sanitary effect resulting in decreasing a sickness rate and preventing the development of occupational diseases. A fill-in the-blank request confirmed effectiveness of inculcated arrangements on conditions normalization of production activity of this professional group. Preconditions for development of a new concept of occupational health management in transport workers. The concept is based on a generalized concept about quality of manufacture and on heath monitoring, risc estimation, realizati of a complex of preventive actions.
