Shvachka V. Legal Socialization of a Person in Contemporary Conditions

The dissertation investigates the problems of legal socialization of a person, defines the term "legal socialization of a person", elucidates the contents, functions, mechanism and stages of the given process. It determines the major means, institutions and agents which make legally socializing impact on a person, in particular that of a person in contemporary Ukrainian society. The research work studies both positive and negative effects of legal socialization of a person, reveals the major problems of legal re-socialization and suggests the main ways (trends) for improving legal socialization and re-socialization of a person in contemporary conditions of Ukrainian society development.
