Kirdi M. Successive application of physiotherapy methods in the complex therapy of patients with the erozive-ulcerous lesions of gastroduodenal zone

Research object: 554 rats of Vistar line, 66 patients with duodenum ulcerous disease associated with Helicobacter pylori (=¦), and 41 patient with erosive-ulcerous damages, inducted by non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparations. Aim: Efficiency of patients with gastroduodenal area erosive-ulcerous affections associated with HP increase by consecutive application of pharmacological and physiotherapeutic means, including Crimean mineral waters, in policlinics conditions. Methods: clinico-anamnestic, functional, laboratory, including biochemical, instrumental, in particular endoscopic and morphologic (morphometric), and also statistic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: Understanding of ulcerous disease and erosive gastropathy, inducting by non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparations pathogenesis ground is extended. The mechanisms of action the Crimean natural factors - mineral waters, such as of лNeapolis¬, лSkyfskaya¬, лFeodosiyskaya¬ and лMonastyrskaya¬, bentonit, enoant, factors of physical therapy, such as Ц extremely high-frequency electromagnetic radiation, intermittent magnetic field, dalargin preparations in the gastroduodenal area erosive-ulcerous affections are determined. The method of consecutive and combined medical preparations, natural and physiotherapeutic factors application in practice is offered. Novelty: For the first time in experiment the mechanisms of some Crimean natural factors Ц mineral waters, bentonit and enoant, actions were found. The conception of extremely high-frequency electromagnetic radiation and dalargin action at the gastroduodenal area erosive-ulcerous affections actions were supplemented. The new method of consecutive pharmaco-physiotherapy in duodenum ulcerous disease and erosive gastropathy, inducting by non-steroid anti-inflammatory preparations is offered.
