Chala O. The quality management improvement of railway enterprises products on the basis of the process approach

Object of research are processes of formation of quality of production of the industrial enterprises of a railway transportation of Ukraine. The purpose - generalization and development of theoretical and methodical approaches, working out of practical recommendations for construction, monitoring, and estimations of the proсess-focused quality management systems of the industrial enterprises of a railway transportation. Methods - economic-mathematical modeling, the functional analysis, the system analysis, the logic and factorial analysis, methods of expert estimations. Practical value of the received results - consists in their use at introduction of the proсess-focused quality management systems at the industrial enterprises of a railway transportation. Introduction degree. The developed positions of the dissertation are introduced on "The Kharkov underground", carload depot "Osnova", enterprise SKTBE NPO "Electroapparat". Separate positions of dissertational research are used in educational processof the Ukrainian state academy of a railway transportation.
