Thesis reports the points of improvement of the results of treatment in patients with prolapse of genitals after surgical treatment due to advancing and introducing into clinical practice complex approach to diagnosis and treatment as well as prognosis and prevention of thromboembolic and inflammatory complications of this pathology. Highly effective method of optimization of surgical treatment, prognosis and prevention of thromboebolic and inflammatory complications after vaginal hysterectomy in patients with prolapse was offered.
