Essay

Object: system of sales for milk and diary products and transformational processes of its adaptation to market economic condition. Aim – basis of theoretical and methodological essentials as well as elaboration of practical reccomendations for the system of sales for milk and diary produkts under market economic condition. Methods – system method of cognition, abstract and logical, monographic, method of correlative-regressive analysis, graphic, economic-mathematic modeling. Results – there were grounded the conceptual essentials to from the system of sales for milk and diary products under market economic conditions. Novelty – there was elaborated the structural model of agrarian market system on milk-processing enterprises, modernized the methods to conduct analysis and assessment of milk and diary produkts sales system. Implemented – the results were utilized in research project, on national and regional levels of agro-industrial complex, tuition process. Sphere – sales of milk and diary products.
