Оbject - vast subfascial burns of extremities with baring of bones of shin; the purpose - improvement of results of surgical treatment of patients with the vast subfascial burns of lower extremities and damage of bones of shin; methods - laboratorial, instrumental, radiological, spiral-computer-tomography, ultrasonic, cultivation cages, morphological, statistical; the novelty - method of implementation of osteotrepanation of bare bones of shin and osreotrepanation with transplantation of allofibroplasts for victims with vast subfascial burns and baring of bones of shin is devised, efficiency of different variants of operative treatment is studied at subfascial burns with baring of bones of shin, the culture of allofibroplasts is used with the purpose of stimulation of growth of granulation fabric from osteotrepanation, efficiency of implementation of osteotrepanation is well-proven at the subfascial burns of shin on the basis of the conducted morphological and morphometric research; the results - elaborated the algorithm of surgical treatment of patients with vast subfascial burns and baring of bones of shin allowed to decrease the amount of complications for these patients in 1,5 time and to reduce the terms of stay of patient in permanent establishment on 5,64 days, inculcated in to medical practice, in an educational process; area-medicine.
