OVAYeD K. Preventive placental insufficiency at multipara women.

The research work is devoted to the frequency of development of placental insufficiency and perinatal losses at multipara women, it is based on studying the results of clinical, echographic, Dopplermetric, endocrinous, hemostasiological and hemodynamical characteristics as well as development and implementation of the complex of the therapeutic and preventive measures into the clinical practice. The research studies comparative aspects of the clinical passing of pregnancy and birth delivery as well as the terms of development and main clinical symptomps of placental insufficiency depending on the parity. It is the first time when the evaluation is done in the field of functional state of fetoplacental complex, systemic hemostasia and central hemodynamics at multipara women, depending on the presence of placental insufficiency. The research scientifically proves and develops the methodology of placental insufficiency prevention at multipara women, based on the using of anti-homotoxic therapy, hydroxyethylstarch and aspirin. Implementation of the proposed medical and preventive measures allows to decreases the frequency of different types of placental insufficiency and simultaneously increases level of compensated form on the basis of absence of decompensated form of placental insufficiency. The perinatal results of birth-deliveries witness the efficiency of the proposed methodology: decrease of frequency of the intranatal asphyxia, delay of the fetus development, traumatism during the childbirth and perinatal losses.
