Voyevodina A. Ekphrasis in Russian Silver Age poetry.

The objects are the works of Russian Silver Age poets of modernism. The aims are to descover the to form integral presentation about emphrasis as a poetic reception which allows to represent works of certain types of arts by other ones , in particular, music, fine art and literature of the Russian Silver poets works. The methods are historical-genetical, comparative-typological, aspects analysis. In dissertation research there come to light and characterized general lines of ekphrasis, reflecting the process of "translation" of code of music and code art into the language of literature, analyzed and systematized artistic receptions and principles of modernist poets, who applied in their works to reproducing the impressions which arose in relation to perception of pieces of music or works of arts; specific approaches (on the border of verbal, musical and graphic series) are demonstrated to reading the work of literature; the poetic function of plastic arts is explored in the works by the Russian poets of the beginning of XX century; genesis and typology of musical elements is traced in the structure of poetic works, as well as musical images (image of musician, symbolism of musical instruments etc.) in Russian poetry of epoch of modernism.
