The dissertation is an independent and completed scientific work, it is the first research of problems of legal regulation of relations which have place in the contract of reinsurance in Ukraine. On the basis of the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine in the given sphere, the generalization and the analysis of practical application of norms of the Law, which adjust contract of reinsurance, the dissertation for the first time in the Ukrainian legal science suggests the theoretical analysis of the contract of reinsurance.
