Object - differentiation of kinematics parameters of tectonic plates into constituents caused by inner and outer forces. Goal - development theoretical grounds and methods of differentiations of absolute displacement vectors of permanent GPS-stations into constituents caused by inner and outer forces, and expansion these parameters to constituents caused by general movement, rotation and deformation of tectonic plate and also practice differentiations this parameters for Antarctic tectonic plate. Novelty - development theoretical grounds and methods of cinematic networks processing what have advantage compared to available methodic; in the context in linear models of tectonic plates kinematics set up mathematic representation for computation of displacement vectors of permanent GPS-stations into constituents caused by outer forces; developed methodic of computing of rotation parameters of tectonic plates using linear permanent GPS-stations displacement velocity. This thesis is dedicated to the development of new theoretical grounds and methods of differentiation of tectonic plates' kinematics into constituents caused by inner and outer forces, with the help of the results of satellite geodesic measurements. The differentiation of kinematics of the Antarctic tectonic plate was accomplished in this thesis. On the results of working up the recycle of GPS-station the components of relative deformations of the Earth's crust for the territory of Antarctic peninsula were established and the geodynamic model of the tectonic fracture in that region was developed.
