Khaletsky A. State mechanism of prevention of economic crimes in provision of national security

Object of research - processes of forming and realization of public policy of economic security as to component national safety. The purpose of research - a scientific ground of necessity and possibilities of perfection of state mechanism of prevention of economic crime in control the system by national safety on the criterion of efficiency of management safety of country. Methods of research - analysis and synthesis; theoretical generalization and comparison; analysis of the systems; method of expert estimations; statistical analysis; economic-mathematical design; complex-having a special purpose method; induction and deduction; descriptive design. The practical importance of the received results is, that on their basis the row of concrete suggestions is grounded on the improvement of mechanism of prevention of economic crime in providing of national safety of the state. The practical importance of the received results is, that first essence of state mechanism of proactive influence on economic criminality, allowing in good time to expose co-operation of existent and new factors of criminalization of economic relations and influence on determinant of economic criminality system, utilizing the synergy of factors of counteraction economic criminality, operating it is no communicative and thus neutralizing criminal displays, grounded; positions of risk-management are adapted to the system of preventive measures on decriminalization of economy, perfection of management economic security of country. The methodical positions of determination of basic contradictions in the field of economics by the selection of specific for a region reasons criminalization of economy; mechanism of prevention of economic crime, opening up establishment of intercommunication and interdependence of mechanisms of proactive influence on economic criminality and its prophylaxis, improved. Determinations of category "national safety" and its threats in the period of reformation of sector of safety in Ukraine; working out in detail ofaims of public policy of national safety in the field of economics by a selection regionally of the special in an organizational mechanism prevention of economic crime got further development.
