The scientific work deals with complex system of preventive measures on spon. Scientifically grounded tactors of pregnancy conducting on the base of deep social peculiarities study, hormone background and somatic state of pregnants' health suffering from sterility is shown in this work. Modern solving of scientific problem is revealed in diagnostic, prophylaxis and correction of pregnancy threat interruption women who have anamnesis sterility. Complex medical social and social psychological characteristics are represented at first. Original conditions and conditions of pregnancy failure of women who had sterility are analysed. Psychological phenomenon influencing on the course of pregnancy and delivery are revealed. The ways of individual psychocorrection are worked out. Highly effective individual prognostic models of unbearing pregnancy development because of social psychological status of a pregnant and clinicobiological factors are created and applied in Health Service practice. On the base of results scientific grounded system of complex preventive measures on the pregnancy failure threat in women with anamnesis sterility is presented.
