Korobko L. TChoice of medical tactic and volume of operative interference for patients with a acute pancreatitis with accompanying cardio-vasculary pathology

Object - acute pancreatitis with concomitant cardiovascular pathology (CP); methods – clinical, laboratory, instrumental, operative, conservative, statistical; novelty - is given description of retractive possibility of myocardium of left ventricle depending on the clinical flow of acute pancreatitis (AP), a correlative feed-back is set between the forms of pancreatitis and indexes of retractive possibility of myocardium; the analysis of dynamics of violations of rhythm and conductivity is first conducted, depressions of segment of ST on a background «functional» violations and (or) «organic» changes of heart at patients with AP, complex before operating diagnostics of function of the cardiovascular system is developed with the choice of optimum surgical tactic and by the volume of operative interference, depending on the exposed disorders of myocardium and states of biliarypancreatoduodenal area; first in practice the level of extracellular liquid is studied depending on forms OP and concomitant SSP,and also indexes of intoxication syndrome; results – the results of complex treatment of patients are improved with AP with concomitant CP, by development of differential approaches to the choice of medical tactic and volume of operative interferences depending on the functional state of myocardium and central of hemodynamics; branch – medicine.
