Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the development of the scientific theories connected with the definition and decrease of a waiting time by passengers of city routing vehicles. Decrease of this time is the main internal reserve of transportation process, and is one of the directions concerning the improvement of passengers' transportation process. The deviation of values of the valid waiting time of passengers concerning its planned values occurs during the process of transportation and consequently it is also necessary to reduce it during this process in a mode of a real time scale by an operational coordination.
