Bashyns'ka O. Prophylaxis of perinatal morbidity and death rates of newborns from mothers who were sick with a syphilis.

The work has devoted to substantiation and engineering of the system of treatment-and-prophylactic actions directed on reduction of obstetrics and perinatal complications frequency in pregnant women which have transferred a syphilitic infection. Features of vaginal microbiocenosis, changes of cellular immunity and cytokines type, in pregnant women that have transferred a syphilitic infection were found out. The activation of lipids peroxydation and exhaustion of the antioxydant system that brings the oxyd-stress condition in pregnant was revealed. The disorders of uteral-placental-fetal blood-groove which have led to disorders of fruits hemodynamic were revealed. It was determined, that expressiveness of disorders in a condition of feto-placentary system tends to increase in dynamics of pregnancy. The complex of actions directed on preventive maintenance and correcting the revealed changes was offered, their efficiency, for preventions of the development of the obstetrics and perinatal complications was shown.
