Object of research: system of institutes and stimulus created by them which influence productivity of economic development. A research objective: revealing and structurization institutions bases and forms which create stimulus which influence a direction and efficiency of processes of economic development. Research receptions: logiсal-historical, system, the systemic-functional analysis, the qualitative analysis and scientific abstraction, theoretical comparison and generalization.
