Object of research: system of socio-economic relations, that changes in the conditions of postsocialistic countries market transformation. The purpose of research: to explore the essence and to determine main directions of formation of people incomes regulation system in the transitional economy of Ukraine on the basis of deep and all-round analysis of incomes regulation. Methods of research: dialectical, comparison, generalization, system-structural analysis, expert estimations. Results, novelty: methodological and theoretical bases of people incomes regulation system formation in a transitional economy are developed. Sphere of the use: research, teaching work, practical activity of government organs of economy regulation.
