Kadykova I. Land Market Formation in Market Transformation Conditions

Research object: objective regularity of the land market formation under conditions of transformational economy. Research purpose: teoretical models of behavior of a land market person has been elaborated, disclosure of particularities of the land market formation and development under conditions of market transformation of the state economy. Research methods: monographic, historical, system-functional methods, set-theory analysis, economics statistical analysis. Results, novelty: land rent classification has been improved, conceptual framework of land prices monitoring and state regulation measures have been proposed. Sphere of the application: lectures and special courses on economic theory, government control, articles and monographs, in practical activity of SLA of Ukraine and managing subjects.
