Avaz Z. Development of social policy in relation to Iranian women.

In the thesis the social policy in relation to Iranian women in social dynamics is considered, its multifunctionality and multilevelness of its tasks in creating democratic, comfort conditions of women's life activity is defined. The institutional aspects and guidelines of social policy in attitude to Iranian women are examined. It showed that under the influence of social policy considerable improvements in basic indicators of women's role-status positions were taking place. The main factors that impede the progress of social policy concerning women as regulating method of socio-stratificating and socio-gender processes are revealed. The basic tendencies of development of family policy as leading direction of social policy are described.
