The thesis contains the results of the technological conditions of the growth of large single crystals of quaternary compounds AgCd2GaS4, AgGaGeS4, AgGaGe3Se8. Obtained single crystals were investigated for the frequency dependence of the light absorption coefficient, the temperature dependence of dark electric conductivity, spectral distribution of photoconductivity, luminescence and its excitation spectra.
