Essay

The dissertation determines the peculiarities of the structural and functional reorganization of the left heart chambers. Other problems studied in the work are: the role of the level N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide, С-reactive protein in blood plasma of patients with heart failure of ischemic genesis with the permanent atrial fibrillation and the ways of improvement of the diagnostics of the left ventricle function the impairment in the pathology studied. Complex estimation of the structural and functional reorganization of the left ventricle and atrium in patients with heart failure of ischemic genesis with a sinus rhythm and permanent atrial fibrillation, depending on heart rate, ejection fraction of left ventricle and functional class of heart failure according to the NYHA is given. It was found out that the level С-reactive protein in patients with permanent atrial fibrillation is increased. The growth of the level CRP correlates with the functional class of heart failure. It was also found out that N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide is laboratory marker heart failure characterizing the progressing increase of pressure of the left ventricle filling, its dilatation and decrease of ejection fraction. It was revealed that it is possible to use the level of N-terminal probrain natriuretic peptide in blood plasma as the additional criterion in the diagnostics of the left ventricular diastolic function impairment.
