An object is experimental and clinical adhesion process in the cavity of small pelvis; methods - clinical, experimental, instrumental, immune-enzymatic, morphological, mathematical statistical; novelty - new information is got in relation to the basic factors of risk of postoperative adhesion appearance during realization of unclear algorithms of recognition of medic-biological processes. It is first discovered that the process of adhesion appearance will be realized through pathogenetic mechanisms. On principle new in work is determination of the microcirculatory providing of small pelvis for diagnostics of AP. First grounded and expedience of application of complex of antihomotoxic preparations is proved for the prophylaxis of distribution of AP in an abdominal region. It is first set that the mechanisms of prophylactic action of complex of antihomotoxic preparations are related to stimulant influence on microcirculatory processes in the hearth of damage, activating of antiphlogistic cytokine and substantial decline of level of antiphlogistic cytokine; results - modern technologies of prognostication, diagnosticians and complex of medical- prophylactic measures, are developed for women with operative interferences on the organs of small pelvis on the basis of study of pathogenetic mechanisms of development of AP; industry is medicine
