Patients to which together with traditional therapy of severe acute respiratory syndrome conducted malopotochnou membrane ocsigenatsiyo of blood entered in a basic group. Patients with the severe acute respiratory syndrome which traditional therapy was conducted to entered in the group of comparison. Depending on the stage of motion of process of severe acute respiratory syndrome every group was distributed on 3 sub-groups. At actuation membranous oxygenation small flow of a blood in a complex of an intensive care of a syndrome of acute damage mild the hemodynamics, oxygenе mode and metabolism is normalized, the biological integrity of an organism, that has allowed to survive 55,3 % ill.
