Bilozyorov Y. The legal guaranties of rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the militia's activities

The dissertation deals with methodological, theoretic and legal and applied problems of the legal guaranties of rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen in the militia's activities. The main classification criteria of the legal guaranties of rights and freedoms of a person and a citizen are determined and analyzed in the thesis. It also gives detailed characteristics of the legal basis of the militia's activities which stipulate corresponding guaranties. There have been made the analysis of international legal documents containing the main legal guaranties of a person's life, the provision of his/her rights and freedoms. The author gives arguments for the necessity of systematization of legislature in the field of human rights in order to comply it with international standard.
