In research work the investigation results of conditions of introduction of organizational model of gifted students' education in HTEE in Germany to domestic system of high technical education The analysis of normative-lawful basis is done. German culturally-educational traditions of educational process differentiation are generalized. Education experience of technically gifted students using accelerated-enriched educational strategy in Germany is investigated. The influence of educational reforms over teaching organization in German and Ukrainian HEE is determined. Conditions of effective borrowing of German positive practice of technically gifted students by Ukrainian system of high technical education are determined. Implantation to educationally-pedagogic process of Ukrainian HTEE of certain elements of educational organization of technically gifted students (choice subjects to study in educational program, working in research and development projects, deepen regard in practical component professional background, self-contained distribution free time) in HTEE of Germany is offered.
