Object - educational activity of senior pupils; aim - a theoretical substantiation and experimental check of pedagogical conditions of self-realization of the person of senior pupils at average general educational institutions during their differentiated educational activity; methods - theoretical (analysis and synthesis of the scientific, educational-methodical literature for comparison, comparisons of different points of view at an investigated problem, definition conceptually-categorial device), empirical (supervision, questioning, interrogation, conversation, method of expert estimations, studying of results of educational activity of senior pupils for revealing levels of their self-realization by certain criteria and parameters; pedagogical experiment for check of the hypothesis); novelty - for the first time the features of self-realization of senior pupils are revealed which means strengthening of social motives of the activity connected with the future professional definition; conditions of self-realization of the person of the senior pupil in the differentiated educational activity are proved theoretically and checked up experimentally (granting of pedagogical support to senior pupils during their differentiated educational activity; maintenance of alternativeness for senior pupils choosing their educational tasks at a level of their maximal potential); essence of concept "self-realization of the person" is specified; criteria for defining the levels of self-realization of senior pupils during their educational activity; the ways of creating conditions for self-realization of the person of senior pupils during their educational activity are developed; results - certain conditions of self-realization of the person of the senior pupil during the differentiated educational activity have been checked experimentally and can be used in the educational process at modern general educational institutions.
