Object – structural and functional damages of left ventricle of patients with Q-wave myocardial infarction; methods – clinical, instrumental, hormonal, statistical; novelty – it was firstly established that use of higher doses of b-adrenoreceptor antagonists, inhibitors of angiotensin convert-ing enzyme and statins influenced on the speed of left ventricle postinfarction remodeling development much better in comparison with use of their lesser doses; influence of aldos-terone antagonists on the remodeling mostly didn't depend from their doses; positive result of treatment of structural and functional damages of left ventricle didn't depend from the kind of b-adrenoreceptor antagonist (with a-adrenergic blocking activity or without it) and kind of inhibitor of angiotensin converting enzyme (lipophilic or hydrophilic); results - of the study allow to extend and deepen the understating of the optimal management of prophylaxis and correction quality of structural and functional damages of left ventricle ofpatients with Q-wave myocardial infarction; branch - medicine.
