Maintenance of concept of “investment of the nature protection setting is specified in dissertation work”. Methodical approaches are explored to еcological, economic estimation of investment projects of the nature protection setting for different their types. The factors of influence are certain on realization of investment projects of the nature protection setting. Estimation of alternative sources of financing of investment projects is conducted. Methodical approaches are improved to estimation of ecological loss in investment projects. A new mechanism of refinancing of investment projects of the nature protection setting is offered. Methodical approaches are developed from the formalized management by a project cycle.
