Levchenko O. Methodical bases for optimization of functionally territorial structure of agricultural administrative district.

Dissertation is devoted to the problems, related to creation of effective investigation and optimization methods for objects of planning structure of the district (regional) planning. Coming from system nature of objects of the district planning, it is pronounced a general principle to functional material well-being of demographic ecological system of administrative district which is the basis for development of logical and mathematical model. Principle of «compactness» the estimation of variants placing objects of functionally-territorial structure which is represented the result of objective function is carried out. The criterion of optimum (result of objective function) approaches a zero, but always more zero. From a few variants of placing in obedience to an objective function get the dimensionless index of quality of a plan structure and choose a variant with the least index that testifies to the best variant of placing in the projects of the district planning.
