Dissertation is devoted the study of value of violations of metabolic processes in the organism of patients in clinical motion of obstructive nefropathy, development of methods of the differentiated tactic, to the method of proceeding in the outflow of urine and complex application of medications from metabolism by a correcting action which is patogenetic grounded.As a result of violation of urodinamik of infra- and supravezikal character in the organism of patients carbohydrate-phosphoric an exchange is slowed, that conduces to the decline of power potential oksigenal- renue processes and intensifity of processes of detoksication. Intercommunication is set between expressed of violations of metabolic processes, which touch the system of bioenergetical motion of carbo-phosphorus exchange, realization of processes of detoksikation and providing functional possibility of structural elements of cidney at the terms of obstruction and influence on the carried out on clinical motion of obstructive nefropathyand propensity to complications, above all things infectiously inflammatory kharakter. Patients have the grounded necessity of medicinal correction of metabolic violations with obstructive nefropathy, that expedient in complex treatment of patients, which consists also in the differentiated choice of method of proceeding in the outflow of urine. It is developed and inculcated in clinical practice stent and catheter for of long duration maintenance, drenege and tricking into, to the kidney a container wis farmakosorbent. Inculcated methods of etiotropic and patogenetic therapy at the terms of obstruction of urinary ways influenced on expressed of urodinamich changes, degree of decompensation of kidney function and activity, concomitant infectiously inflammatory to the process.
