Essay

In the dissertation the role, the place and the functions of the applied problems in the professional education system of a future agrarian-specialist are determined; the typical situations which occur in agrarian production, and the corresponding mathematic models, that are in the basis of solving separate groups of applied problems are pointed out; different kinds of the directed fundamentals of activities and their solving are proposed. The system of professionally-oriented applied problems, differentiated by its difficulty, which is aimed at phased skills formation is developed. Theoretically and experimentally grounded methodology (the aim, the contents, organizational forms, methods, and means) provides the effective forming of skills in solving applied problems and can be used by the teachers of agrarian high educational institutions of the I-IV level of accreditation, by the teachers of mathematics in specialized schools, gymnasiums and lyceums.
