Tkachenko N. Differential rent and mechanism of rent relations in the sphere of entrails use

In dissertation work explored theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of mechanism of realization of differential rent are in the sphere of entrails use. The rent relations are considered as an aggregate of economic relations between the subjects of manage and state, that folded at the sphere of entrails use concerning a receipt, division and redistribution of the rent incomes in the conditions of the hard limiting of supplies of useful element in the bowels of the earth and differentiation of their production use. Differential mountain rent, as an economic category, expresses relations, which arise up between a proprietor and businessman-leaseholder of bowels of the earth concerning the division of incomes, bowels of the earth created in the process of the production use taking into account the difference of their naturally component fertility. Certainly and the rich in content constituents of economic mechanism of realization of differential rent are analyses in the sphere of entrails use.The differential rent relations mechanism in the sphere of entrails use which contains composing is developed. It influences overcoming various contradiction and concordances of subject's interests for getting rent by the subjects. Improved computation methods of quantitative parameters of differential mountain rent I and differential mountain rent II are offered. It is done on the basis of developed system of associated technical-economic production indexes and production realization of mining enterprises. Algorithm of information and organization ensuring is suggested for the developed methodic. Gradations of mining industry enterprises according to quantitative indexes of created differential rent are seen out. The peculiarity of differential rent relations mechanism in the sphere of entrails use has analyzed in transitional Ukraine's economy. The recommendations for its perfection are worked out.
