In dissertation there were generalized given complex clinical-laboratory and instrumental inspection of 157 women with chronic salpingoophoritis by chlamydiosis aetiology in age from 18 to 45 years. Set pathogeneses role of metabolic and immunological violations in sharpening of disease, interdependence is exposed between the degree of their expression. Pathogeneses expedience of the use of combination of glutargin and cycloferon in complex therapy and phitopreparation lisorm in medical rehabilitation of patients with the chronic salpingoophoritis by chlamydiosis aetiology. More quick improvement of the common state of patients, renewal of immunological and biochemical indexes is marked, that shows up in achievement of proof and valuable remission of disease.
