The strategy of management by the ecological safety LCL was developed on the basis of mathematical and physical modeles of processes what is going on in the technological lines of large extent, technology and equipment for suppression of creation in LCL ecologically dangerous aggregates. The method of the acid-alkali activating of dark blue-green clay was developed as active filtering material for extraction of bacteria from LCL. The technology of utilization was developed of LCL wich was worked.
