Essay

The results of complex experimental studying of influence of submillimeter wave band in the field of hyperhigh-frequency radiation which has never been used before on wound process and systemic markers of rats with none-infective and infective skin wound model are presented in thesis. The positive dose-dependent influence of hyperhigh-frequency radiation on reparative-rebuilding processes in wounded skin after it’s mechanic injuries was established. The favorable dose-dependent action of HHF radiation on wound exsudate cell content and on cellular immunoreactivity markers during wound purulent complications was proved. The optimal parameters of HHF radiation influence on mechanic skin wound healing are defined. These parameters are laid in base of working out of physiotherapeutic methodic of none-infective and infective skin wounds treatment.
