The thesis for the competition of a candidate’s degree in medicine. - Speciality 14.01.33 – medical rehabilitation, physiotherapy and resortology. - Ukrainian Research Institute for Medical Rehabilitation and Balneology of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine, Odessa, 2008.In the thesis under consideration they have presented experimental-pathogenic grounding and new decision urgent scientific of a task directed on increase to efficiency of rehabilitative treatment of the children by a recurrent bronchitis (RB) with the help of a physiopharmacotherapy combination. Experimentally is proved, that the complex from radon mineral water and Thiotriazolin (TZ) with N-acetylcystein (NАС) has expressed ability to normalize prooxidant-antioxidant balance and, as a consequence to raise antioxidant potential of organism in conditions іinflammation of respiratory tract. The specified complex renders essential pneumoprotective action in relation to power reactions occurring in mitochondrions of animals. On the basisof complex clinical, laboratory and tool research 123 children of the patients with RB, and also in the remote term after sanatorium stage rehabilitation the efficiency of new medical complexes with use baths of radon, inhalations ТZ with NАС, and also their combination is shown. Is established, that the medical correction with inclusion of a complex baths of radon with ТZ and NАС has allowed to achieve the most significant recourse clinical-functional attributes of RB, long (within one year) favorable сurrents of disease, more economical use of resources and improvement, as a whole, quality of life of patients.
