The dissertation deals with the problems of teaching future programme engineers to English dialogue speech by means of computer programme usage. The efficiency of computer programme usage has been theoretically determined. The peculiarities of the programme functioning in teaching future programme engineers to English dialogue speech has been described. The system of computer exercises to form English dialogue speech skills and abilities based on their contents for future programme engineers has been developed. The educational computer programme "Speak up English" for differential teaching future programme engineers to English dialogue speech and the model of the differential teaching organization have been created. The efficiency of the computer programme usage for teaching future programme engineers to English dialogue speech has been experimentally determined. The practical recommendations for implementing of the differential teaching English dialogue speech to future programme engineers have been composed.
