Object of research: processes of corporate man-agement by unstated higher educational establishment, functioning in the conditions of competition external environment. Purpose of research: development of conception and mechanisms of corporate management by unstated higher educational establishment, directed on providing of competitiveness and efficiency of his functioning. Methods of research: systems approach methods of economic analysis, functionally-cost analy-sis, methods of project management, methods of re-engineering, methods of planning of the informative systems. Results: conception of corporate management by unstated higher educational establishment is devel-oped; the mechanism of forming of effective com-mands, foreseeing construction of the multilevel system of microcommands on the basis of principles of com-mand management, is developed; the method of estima-tion of competitiveness of unstated higher educational establishment is offered; the mechanism of indemnifi-cation is offered in themanagement by the personnel of unstated higher educational establishment; the structure of the informative system of support of decision-making is offered in the management by the competi-tiveness of unstated higher educational establishment.
