Object of research: socio-economic processes what is going on a background the macroeconomic adjusting as the integral function of the state. Purpose of research: systems, historical political and economical analysis of economic mechanism of government macroeconomic control and his features on the modern stage of development of markets relations in Ukraine. Methods of research: historical approach, dialectical approach, methods of systems analysis, methods of logical generalizations, synergetic approach methods of economical and statistical analysis. Results: the stages of historical evolution of theory and practice of gov-ernment control are well-organized economies which the models of government control of economy are dif-ferentiated in accordance with; pre-conditions of gov-ernment control of economy are systematized on phi-losophical, socio-economic, political and legal criteria; methodology of analysis of productions relations of the macroeconomic adjusting is improved, essence of the macroeconomic adjusting of economy is certain as an economic category; exposed and classified contradic-tions of transformation process on organizational, eco-nomic, psychological criteria and on the criterion of contradiction in the imperious structures of the state; author conception of economic mechanism of govern-ment control of national economy of Ukraine is devel-oped.
