Object of the study is processes of strategic management personnel industrial enterprise. Objective of study is improvement theorist-methodical approach and development practical recommendation on shaping the mechanism of strategic management personnel on industrial enterprise, which realization provides increasing labour potential level and reinforcement competitive advantage. Methods of research are complex analysis and syntheses, system approach, inductions and deductions, statistical analysis and modelling, graphic, expert estimation, technical-economic and correlation-regression analysis, questionnaire, function-target approach. Theoretical and practical results: the theoretical approaches to increasing of efficiency of the use the personnel by way of the choice and realization to strategies of personnel management; recommendations on improvement of the mechanism of strategic management personnel on industrial enterprise. Novelty is improvement conceptual basis shaping organizing-economic mechanism of strategic management personnel, allowing satisfy need of the enterprise in personnel in accordance with mission and chosen strategy of the development of the enterprise.
