Ryabych O. Economic-organizing control over efficiency of reduction of greenhouse gases emission into the atmosphere

Object – is the process of organizational and economic ensuring of reduction of greenhouse gases emission into the atmosphere. The aim is the development of theoretical, methodical foundations, scientific regulations and practical recommendations on organizational-economic ensuring of control of anthropogenic emission of greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by improving the mechanism co-realization of projects aimed at reduction of greenhouse gases emission. The methods: historical method, axiomatic method, system analysis method, the techniques of comparative economic and statistic analysis, mathematic analysis. The novelty – development and extension of the existent and grounding of new theoretic and methodic regulations on ensuring of greenhouse gases emission control and improving the mechanism of co-realization at the national level as a part of organizational and economic ensuring of greenhouse gases emission reduction. The results – there has been developed the methodic ensuring of complex screening of the project proposition on greenhouse gases emission reduction as a tool to make efficient decisions about activation of the co-realization mechanism in Ukraine; there has been suggested the methodic approach to ecological and economic assessment of co-realization projects efficiency taking into account carbonic factor, transaction expenses, connected benefits to ground the scientific base and determine the compensation of the projects realization risks. It has been implemented in the local authorities and coal-mining enterprises. Sphere – economics of nature management.
