Guriy P. Scientific-methodical bases of forming machineries of state administration by the project-program development of regions of Ukraine

A research object is the state control socio-economic development of regions system. A research purpose is development and ground of scientifically-methodical principles of forming of mechanisms of state administration project-programmatic development of regions of Ukraine. Research methods are an analysis and classification; structurally-functional analysis and synthesis; logical generalization. The practical value of the got results consists in that they are used the proper subdivisions of Donetsk regional state administration, executive committee of Makeevka city council, in network organization of LTD. "Mobinet", in the educational process of the Donetsk state university of management. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in that principles and order of forming of mechanism of state administration project-programmatic development of Ukraine, being based on the use seeing of the future of Ukraine, are offered first. Technology of construction of model of region as to network organization; system of preparation of commands of innovative managers; organizational forms which provide a management the current vital functions of region are improved. Conceptual positions of development of appearance of the future of Ukraine; models of normative situation and model of situation which wishes to have in the future territorial community of region; approach to forming of mechanisms of state administration project-programmatic development of Ukraine; perspective directions of search of new decisions for forming of the proper mechanisms of management, namely: development of technology of decomposition of region in the model of network organization; creation of technology of the regional programming and management a result on the basis of the use of seeing of the future of territories; development of technologies of preparation of commands of networks of innovative managers got further development.
